Culture = Capital. As the artist Alfredo Jaar states: culture is capital and true capital is culture, there is nothing more important than that.
At the beginning of 2018 Celina Padilla, cultural manager and proud citizen of León, Guanajuato, decided to start a research on how creative and cultural methods could provide her city and its inhabitants with a profound contribution.
For a month, Mariela Velasco and Celina Padilla analysed several examples and data that offered inspiration, reference and context to lay the foundations of a versatile and flexible project focused on creating a positive impact on the development of León city.
