About Veronica Tarozzi
Veronica Tarozzi, grew up in Sardinia and from a very young age felt a strong impulse to meet people out of the ordinary and explore the world, which led her to live in 4 continents. She graduated with honors in Linguistic Mediation and obtained a Master in the same academic field, specializing in the work with migrants and asylum seekers. After settling in Milan she mainly works as an interpreter and translator, she is also a passionate independent journalist and an activist who engages in human rights, sustainability and social change. She is co-coordinator of the Italian chapter of the Zeitgeist Movement, a global movement based on grassroots activism, which seeks to trigger systemic change for the highest environmental and social sustainability.
Veronica recently translated the book “F-Day, the second dawn of man” by Colin Turner, she acts as an ambassador to this literary work in Italy and she recently launched a crowdfunding campaign in collaboration with the publishing house Book a Book to publish the book and raise awareness in Italy about what does it mean and how to reach a “free access economy”.

What is a free access economy?
An open access economy is an economy of free access that is not limited by markets, greed or exploitation. It is a fundamentally different approach to securing people's needs and wants through volunteering and resource sharing networks. It operates on trust and a new social contract that expects willing and able individuals to participate in the running of society.
In essence, an open access economy is a social contract that normalizes sharing and cooperative behaviour among people. A society that operates this kind of contract can provide for all its members with only minimal individual effort, foments greater self-fulfillment and connections in communities, and creates abundance by removing barriers to technology.

About the author
Colin R. Turner is a Dublin-born author, musician and social activist. He is the author of two books “F-Day: The Second Dawn of Man” and “Into The Open Economy” which has to date been translated into eight languages.
He is the founder of The Free World Charter – a petition that advocates ten guiding principles for a money-free world; Sharebay – an online sharing library of goods and services; HonorPay – an open awards and appreciation network; he also maintains a wiki detailing proposals for an Open Access Economy.
Colin has given many talks and videos on the topic of an open access economy, including a TEDx talk in Ireland in 2019.
